Yasmeen Mansour is a fourth-year medical student dedicated to investigating and eliminating health disparities both locally and abroad. Trained to facilitate cultural competence and sensitivity with the goal of providing health equity and quality optimization.
Yasmeen’s major objectives are:
- To be a physician who’s active in international community and collaborates with diverse teams to improve health services.
- To create more global opportunities for young health professionals to develop their career and connect with mentors. Establishing and strengthening cross-cultural partnerships can help early career professionals develop key skills that will allow them to interact with all peoples in a fair and equitable manner.
- To consistently provide high quality care to patients, advocate for other health professions and continuously identify areas of self-improvement.
- To show gratitude and appreciate to colleagues and teammates in all projects.
